Their experience and helpfulness made a big decision for us easy. They provided value added resources for tree removal, fencing, electrical and pool decking. The workmanship from each subcontractor was professional and met with our level of satisfaction and expectations. The entire Cool Pool team of associates are perfectionists in their work from start to finish and they stand behind their workmanship, commitments, obligations and warranty. Cool Pools scheduled our excavation on April 26th and the pool was installed the very next day flawlessly. We were using the pool by May 15th! ---- Rich, Cher, and the crew, After researching many pool companies and a friends recomendation we chose you! The local other companies were appx. 5 thousand or more expensive for similar types of pools, that was just the pool! No filter, lights, electric... We like the fact that your company had a pool package so we had a better idea on what we would REALLY spend. You also took care of all the permits! We liked that your family did all or most of the pool work and your recommended fence & concerete company were just as you said "the best". Any questions were answered on the same day even on weekends. I am glad we put money aside for a few extras because it really made the pool complete as the process began and really stand out.
