What We Do
At Cool Pools and Spas our goal is to fulfill as many of our customers’ needs as we can ourselves, whether it is pool installation, permitting, electrical, plumbing, concrete, fencing or any installation of accessories. Dealing with one company rather than subcontracting the work makes your pool project more cost efficient, faster, and less of a hassle.
Steps to a Completely Installed Pool Package:
- Step One: We do a consultation in our Fuquay Varina office.
- Step Two: Once a contract is signed our office staff then proceeds to obtain all of the necessary permits required for your pool. installation and assigns you a projected start date.
- Step Three: One of supervisor will do a site visit of your property to see where to pool will be located.
- Step Four: Our crew is on site to dig a hole to achieve the proper shape and depth for the pool.
- Step Five: Gravel is delivered, the hole is prepped and ready to receive the pool.
- Step Six: The pool is delivered, crane is on site to offlift pool into excavated hole and set level.
- Step Seven: The crane off lifts the pool from the trailer and sets pool in place.
- Step Eight: The crew plumbs the pool and equipment.
- Step Nine: Pool is filled with water as they backfill.
- Step Ten: The surrounding area is grated, formed and ready for concrete.
- Step Eleven: Electrical work and bonding are done for the pool.
- Step Twelve: Concrete is poured.
- Final Step: Our pool technician does a final cleaning of your pool and meets with you to explain how to properly work your pool and all of your equipment.

Services we provide:
- Excavation: Excavate hole to the right specifications ready for pool. Set fiberglass swimming pool with crane, backfill with gravel, and rough grade around pool ready for concrete.
- Electrical: Hook up pump and light features including grounding all done by a licensed electrician.
- Plumbing: All plumbing is done with 2" PVC piping. Pool is completely plumbed and ready to go when we leave.
- Concrete: Included in our price is a $1500 allowance for your pool.
- Fencing: We offer Aluminum fencing.
- Accessories: We install any extras you want including above and in-ground spas, slides, diving boards, safety covers, heaters, you name it we can install it.
- Financing: We offer great financing to help you get the pool of your dreams.
